Slow week

Well there hasn't been a ton to write about lately. The weather has been rough and it's tough to think when the last time it's been this rainy. I have a few pictures from the last 3 weeks or so, since that's about the last time I posted here. I've posted in my other blog, but that's exclusively candlepin stuff.

Here is the burger I got from shake shack, I was very excited to open it up and the pickles were Mickey Mouse!

A couple of weekends ago Garvey, mike and I checked out Windy City eats in weymouth. I've been meaning to check this place out forever. The food was great. I got a corn dog and chili cheese fries. Garvey got a sausage and regular fries. Mike got a chili cheese hot dog, spicy corn dog and chili cheese fries. We all tried different stuff and it was great across the board. I can't wait to go back!

This is frustrating, I have this video on my phone. I hate when you are set up perfectly for a spare and then you blow it, but then pick up the 10 right after. UGH COME ONNNNN

Mike and I at Dairy Queen. Chocolate with cherry dip forever!

Julia made key lime ice cream

There was a big crew of us helping Caitlin and Dave move. After moving boxes I moved over to Elinor duty once she woke up! I think I got a better work out thank moving, Ellie is nonstop!!! We went up and down 5 flights of stairs and ran up and down every hallway, going up and down the elevator when I was dying haha.

Eventful Saturday

Usually my weekends are spent at Mike's, but with Mike and Garvey going to Maine on Saturday I was staying put in Stoughton. I woke up early and while I was laying around I decided I would go to the farmers markets. After running to the bank quickly I first went to the one in the parking lot of the Stoughton train station. The weather was still rather crappy at 9:45 and there wasn't a ton of venders. I picked up 2 zucchinis from Langwater farm.
My uncle wanted to bet on the Belmont Stakes so we headed to the dog track quickly to do that.

Needless to say that since greyhound racing stopped, this place has fallen hard.

On the way back on 138 we stopped at the Simpson Springs farmers market in Easton.

They are a soda/water company and this one was awesome. It's actually inside and that was nice. I picked up some salty feta cheese from Narragansett Creamery, blueberry bread from Proofed and a 6 pack of sodas from Simpson Springs. They have so many kinds and you get to make your own mixed pack. I got raspberry lime Rickey, fruit punch and lemon lime sodas.
Then lastly I went to the one at Crescent Ridge. I picked up some black lava sea salt caramels from McCrea's Candies.

After laying around for a while I eventually got out and met up with Amber.
We met up at shake shack

Gimme all of the burgers

After walking around Legacy Place in Dedham we went to Ron's in Hyde Park. I bowled in the 90s so that was good. Sadly I didn't partake in any ice cream, I was just too tired at that point. I was like 10:30.
