How cute is this

I love pineapples! This bracelet is so cute! Now that I know that I can make it small enough for my wrist I might trip into the rabbit hole of Alex & Ani bangles.

So it took me a long time to hop on the bandwagon that is LUSH

http://www.lushusa.com/Sugar-Scrub/02897,en_US,pd.html

SO ya this is probably my favorite item from lush ever. Nothing has battled and won the fight of my awful skin better than this. I wish I was rich and could stockpile them. Sadly only one lasts me 2/3 showers.

Rub Rub Rub is something that I get a sample of almost every time I go into Lush, but I hate that the price tag of the whole tub is so pricy that I will never bite the bullet and buy it. It is probably my favorite sample item that I get and also when I'm rich I will stockpile them.

I also like the sugar lip scrubs and the shower jellys. Sadly they use a ton of coconut and nuts in a lot of their items so I won't be able to try a bulk of their products.
The store near me doesn't actually sell the SUN perfume, but I usually dab the sample one on when I'm there, smells like lemon!

Happy edge day

Happy edge day to everyone. 13 years ago I made the choice to keep living the sober life I've already felt so passionate about. To find out there was a name and a choice for the decisions that I've already made for myself and stood by.

First time for everything I suppose V. Apple picking

Well I'm not really sure why I've never gone before, but I decided that I wanted to go apple picking this fall. I knew of a bunch of places out in central MA, but I really didn't want to drive that far, when I go out there it needs to be for a day. I also didn't want to go down to the cape. After googling the only place I found that was kind of in my area was C.N. Smith Farm in East Bridgewater. My mom was on board for the adventure so we were on our way. It was super easy to find, I'm pretty familiar with the area though. There were SO MANY people there. It's like they were giving away money.  I've never done this before though so it could be the norm. We pulled in and the line was crazy so I had my mom get in line while I parked. Needless to say I was parked a bajillion miles away. Thankfully the line moved pretty quickly and my mom made her way to the first half of the line by the time I walked there. I wasn't familiar with the prices of the bags, but it was really expensive. For the smallest bag you could get "a peck" it was $22. This bag was pretty small too, oh well....I had to think past this and paid for my half. Then we were off! There were 4/5 kind of apples available this time of the fall. They had Mcintosh, macoun, courtland and honey crisp. I can't remember if they had another. We got all but Mcintosh, since we see those often at the store. It was so nice out, but the sun was killer when you were in it, I was legit sweating. After we got our back full we headed home and I baked some of the apples.

The hunt

Well within my shirt collection I collect certain bands, but then there are bands that its pretty hard to make a collection of. For years now I've been trying to find a good Stevie ray Vaughan shirt. I also won't spend a ton on shirts, ideally I'd like to spend under 20, but I will spend around 30 without a fuss.

This shirt was a great find for me, there were so many great things about it. It almost made years of searching feel worth it.

I'm not picky when it comes to sizes for my collection. I'm very small so I know every shirt won't fit me. The popular "one size fits all" was super popular in the late 80s and most of all of the 90s. Something about baggy clothing has translated to mean the 90s, no matter what genre of music you were a fan of.

The great things about this shirt:
It actually fits me
It was reasonably priced
Supporting one of the greatest records

SRV is one of the greatest musicians/guitar players ever.

It's should be a lesson to us all to not fly in helicopters.

Blogger app

Well this is the first time I'm trying out the blogger APP, normally I use blogpress.

I suppose I will post about finally going to brimfield. After years of wanting to check it out, I decided on the last weekend that I would go.

I woke up really early and got ready, I let mike sleep until I was pretty much ready to go. Well to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. I should have probably wore my knee braces, there was so much to see. I don't even know if we saw half of it. I did end up picking up something though!

This little guy is SO heavy.

Then we checked out American lanes in southbridge.

I bowled pretty well there! It was cheap and fun, I'd go back.
